    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PfMP. A panel of portfolio management practitioners evaluates your documented experience and competency. It is a mandatory step alongside the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

    What is the passing score for the PfMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The result is determined through psychometric analysis and reported with domain-level feedback, so focus on broad mastery across all five domains rather than a target number.

    What happens if I do not pass the first time?

    PMI permits up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. Reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts, and our preparation resources and mock exams are designed to help you pass with confidence.
