    The bridge exam is closed book with multiple-choice, single-answer questions. It covers only what is new and changed in ITIL 5 relative to ITIL 4, across five topic areas, and is delivered by PeopleCert.

    How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 20 questions and a duration of 30 minutes. The pass mark is 65%, which is 13 correct answers out of 20.

    How and where do I take the exam?

    You can sit the exam online proctored through the PeopleCert system, available around the clock, or at an authorised test centre. Many learners in Riga choose the online proctored option for convenience.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?
