Why DevOps Skills Are in Demand Across South Korea

    Cloud-Native Migration at Scale

The government has mandated that about 10,000 public information systems move to cloud-native stacks by 2030, creating heavy demand for teams fluent in DevOps delivery.

DevOps Foundation builds cloud-native delivery awareness

    The High Cost of Downtime

In South Korea, 92% of firms report outage costs above USD 1 million per hour, so automated, reliable delivery pipelines and sound DevOps practice are now business-critical.

DevOps Foundation builds reliable pipeline thinking

Breaking Down Dev and Ops Silos

Many Korean enterprises still separate development and operations, and the resulting wall of confusion slows releases. This course gives teams a shared language to close it.

DevOps Foundation gives teams a shared language

    The AI Infrastructure Race

A KRW 1.5 trillion government GPU programme is pushing Naver, Kakao and others to scale AI infrastructure, raising demand for engineers who understand automation and delivery.

    A Shortage of DevOps-Ready Talent

Korea has a deep pool of developers but far fewer professionals grounded in DevOps culture and metrics, making foundational DevOps knowledge a clear differentiator.

DevOps Foundation makes candidates stand out

    Shifting Security Left

As DevSecOps adoption grows across finance and public-sector projects, employers want teams that treat security as a shared responsibility built into the pipeline.
