    What is the format of the COBIT 5 Assessor exam?

    The exam is an open-book, objective-testing paper based on the COBIT 5 Assessor Exam Syllabus (2024 version). Only the COBIT 5 Assessor Guide: Using COBIT 5 and the COBIT Process Assessment Model are permitted, and questions require analysis and professional judgement in realistic scenarios.

    How many questions are on the COBIT 5 Assessor exam and how long is it?

    The paper has 8 questions, each worth 10 marks, for a total of 80 marks. You have two and a half hours (150 minutes) to complete it. It is delivered online proctored or at a PeopleCert test centre.

    What is the passing score for COBIT 5 Assessor?

    You need 50% to pass, which is 40 marks or more out of the 80 available. Focus on applying the PAM, capability levels and rating scale accurately across all five topic areas.

    What books are permitted in the open-book exam?
