    Is there an exam for RCA training?

    Do I get a certificate after the training?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning once you complete the one-day programme. It records that you have completed structured RCA skills training; it is a completion record, not an accredited award.

    How is my learning assessed during the course?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead you apply each tool to realistic scenarios through exercises such as an Is/Is Not definition, a 5 Whys chain, a Fishbone workshop and an 8D report, so you practise the skills as you learn them.
