    What will I learn in SIAM Foundation training?

    You will learn the SIAM ecosystem and three-layer model, SIAM roles, practices and processes, the implementation roadmap, common challenges and risks, and how SIAM relates to ITIL, COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000 and DevOps.

    Do I need prior experience to take this course?

    No prior SIAM experience is needed. The course starts from first principles, so beginners and experienced ITSM professionals can both follow it. An ITIL Foundation background helps but is not required.
