Is there an exam for the Azure DevOps training?

No. This is a non-certification skills course with no examination. Learning is reinforced through hands-on Azure exercises throughout the programme rather than a formal test, so you focus on building real, applicable capability.

What do I receive after completing the training?

You receive a Course Completion Certificate from Invensis Learning after finishing the programme. The practical Azure DevOps skills you build are immediately applicable to pipeline design, infrastructure automation and containerised deployment.

How is learning assessed during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply each concept through live Azure DevOps exercises, such as configuring a pipeline, writing a Bicep template and setting up monitoring, so you practise the skills as you learn them.

Will I be able to apply these skills at work?

What will I learn about CI/CD pipelines?

You learn to author YAML pipelines as code with triggers, stages, jobs and tasks, run builds and tests, publish artifacts, and design multi-stage delivery to Azure App Service, Azure Functions and AKS using approval gates and deployment strategies.

Does the course include hands-on labs?

Yes. Live Azure exercises run throughout, including creating a repository with branch policies, writing a CI pipeline, deploying a Bicep template, deploying containers to AKS, and configuring Azure Monitor alerts and a Key Vault-linked variable group.

Is infrastructure as code covered?

Yes. You learn ARM templates and Bicep, including template structure, deployment modes, what-if previews and modules, and you deploy infrastructure directly from Azure Pipelines so provisioning is repeatable and version-controlled.
