    Pricing

How much does COBIT 5 Implementation training cost in Bulgaria?

Fees vary by delivery format and schedule, and are quoted in euro following Bulgaria's 2026 euro adoption. Instructor-led COBIT 5 Implementation training pricing is available on request. Request a quote and a learning advisor will confirm the current fee.

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, first-attempt exam guidance and learner support. Many packages also include the PeopleCert exam voucher. Confirm the exact inclusions when you request a quote.

Is the PeopleCert exam fee included in the training price?

Exam inclusion depends on the package. The COBIT 5 Implementation exam is delivered by PeopleCert, and the voucher is often bundled with the training. Ask a learning advisor to confirm whether the exam voucher is included in your chosen option.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

    Exam

What is the format of the COBIT 5 Implementation exam?

It is an open-book, objective-testing examination. You may use only the COBIT 5 Implementation book and the COBIT 5 Enabling Processes Guide. Questions are scenario-based and require you to apply the implementation approach, not just recall facts.

How many questions are on the exam and how long is it?

The exam has four questions, each worth 20 marks, for 80 marks in total. You have 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to complete it. All four questions are scored, with no unscored pretest questions.

What is the passing score for the exam?

The pass mark is 50%. You need 40 marks or more out of the 80 available to pass. Because questions are scenario-based, focus on applying the seven-phase lifecycle rather than memorising the guides.

Which materials are allowed in the open-book exam?

Only two references are permitted: the COBIT 5 Implementation book and the COBIT 5 Enabling Processes Guide. No other materials are allowed, so exam technique includes knowing which guide to use for each type of question.

How is the exam delivered and what if I do not pass?

The exam is delivered online proctored through PeopleCert OnVUE, available 24/7, or at authorised test centres. If you do not pass first time, our first-attempt guidance and retake support help you prepare for a re-sit. Verify the re-sit policy with PeopleCert.

    Course Content

What topics does the COBIT 5 Implementation training cover?

The course covers the four examined topic areas: the need for a governance framework and the implementation lifecycle, change enablement, programme management, and continuous improvement, all aligned to the COBIT 5 Implementation Exam Syllabus (2022 version).

What are the seven phases of the implementation lifecycle?

They are: what are the drivers; where are we now; where do we want to be; what needs to be done; how do we get there; did we get there; and how do we keep the momentum going. The lifecycle is a continuous improvement cycle, not a one-off project.

Is the courseware aligned to the latest syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the COBIT 5 Implementation Exam Syllabus (2022 version), which applies the COBIT 5 framework at application level across the four topic areas and the seven-phase implementation lifecycle.

Do I need COBIT 5 Foundation knowledge for the course?

Yes. Foundation knowledge is assumed and is not re-taught. The training builds on the five principles, seven enablers and process reference model to apply the implementation approach to realistic governance improvement scenarios.

Are mock exams and practice questions included?

Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions and mock exams mapped to the four-question, open-book format, so you can identify weak areas and build readiness for exam day.
