    What is the format of the EXIN ASF exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination with single-answer questions, delivered online with proctoring or at an EXIN accredited test location. It is based on the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification.

    How many questions are on the ASF exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a time limit of 60 minutes (one hour). It is a closed-book assessment.

    What is the passing score for the ASF exam?

    The pass mark is 65%, which means answering at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly.

    What topics does the ASF exam cover?

    It covers five areas: Agile Way of Thinking (20%), Scrum Practices (30%), Scrum Planning and Estimation (20%), Monitoring Scrum Projects (15%) and Advanced Scrum Concepts (15%), aligned to the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto.

    Are there any prerequisites for the ASF exam?

    No. EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, regardless of education, experience or prior agile knowledge. Attending an accredited training course is recommended.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    You can re-sit the EXIN exam; the re-sit policy and fees are set by EXIN, so confirm current details at enrolment. Our mock exams and trainer guidance are designed to help you pass first time.

    What will I learn in the Agile Scrum Foundation course?

    No prior agile or Scrum knowledge is required. The course is designed for complete beginners and builds from first principles, so it suits professionals starting their agile journey.

    How long is the training?
