You learn to build the House of Quality room by room: customer requirements, engineering characteristics, the relationship matrix, the correlation roof, competitive benchmarking and engineering targets, then how to read it for design priorities.

Does the course cover the Voice of the Customer and Kano model?

Yes. You learn how to collect and structure customer requirements using interviews, observation, surveys and affinity diagrams, and how to classify them with the Kano model into must-be, performance and delighter needs.

Is QFD relevant to services and software, not just manufacturing?

Yes. While QFD began in manufacturing, the course covers its use in service design, healthcare, financial services and software, since any context that translates customer needs into delivery specifications can use the House of Quality.
